What for the adjustment range is?

The adjustment range in the shower enclosures was designed to give you the possibility of wall curvatures levelling. In addition, it supports optimal adjustment in the shower enclosure door closing, sealing or fold the shower tray settings. The adjustment range cannot be understood as the absolute possibility of cover the space in whole given range of dimensions values. In case of necessity of sizeable shower enclosure adjustment in B and C dimensions range, the products equipped in special adjustment profile should be chosen (ex. KNN-2-d-80-100, KNII/EKOPLUS-80-90, DTr-c-90-100 or DTr/ASPII with the adjustment profile).

 

Example:

It is recommended to take the assembly dimension in mid-size of shower enclosure adjustment to put the shower enclosure in the proper possition. It means that: in case of Bmin-max=Cmin-max = 780-796 mm adjustment range, the assembly dimension should be 788mm to the end of the screwed to the wall, channel bar. It gives you possibility of wall curvatures levelling in range of ┬▒8 mm.

Modification of the glass surface

Glass protect is the modification of chemical and physical properties of glass, the main purpose of which is to lower glass surface energy value. By dint of this, water drops flow off the glass easier and faster without leaving hard to remove smudges.

How to keep in clean?

Proper products care is one of the most important issue to keep maximum usability and original appearance for many years.
Shower enclosures are reccommended to be cleaned by water, soft cloth or sponge and mild liquid detergent.

The instruction of assembly and using attached to each product includes detailed information about products care.

 

Assembly of shower enclosure

The assembly of shower enclosure should be started with finding the distance from wall board to the external edge of shower tray. Depend on the type of shower enclosure, the distance can be different. The board place installation should be marked. You can use the spirit level to situate the board vertical. Next step is drilling the holes for distended pins.

 

The wall boards should be installed with the assembly pins. The other elements of the shower enclosure, we can installed on the floor. Upper and lower profile have to be connected with the fixed walls.

 

The connected fixed walls with the profiles, we should put on the shower tray and connect with the Wall boards. Shower enclosure should be in the vertical position all the time. The wall boards can be regulated what lets you for reducing any deviation.

 

The next step is to assembly the sliding mechanism on the door and placing the door In the shower enclosure.

The shower enclosure should be tight. The assembly of the seals on the external doors edge and the seals with the magnetic board on the internal edges is necessary. The handles should be installed on the internal and external side of the assembly holes.

The limiters have to be installed in the middle and at the ends of the profiles, to reduce the excessive using of the sliding mechanism. It should be remembered that the limiters have to be installed in the upper and lower profiles.

The last assembly element is final tightness the shower enclosure. The best way to do his is using the silicone in transparent or the same colour as the shower tray. Shower enclosure should be silicone on the external side.

 



Due to the using the different types of materials (shower enclosure - powder painted alluminium, shower tray and bathtub - sanitary acrylic) getting the 100% surface colouring conformity is not possible. Some differences between the colour of shower enclosure and acrylic products are allowable. Due to limitations of the colours display on the monitors, products colours presented may slightly differ from the reality.
